This story is very interesting when you compare it with the same phenomenon here in the UK. I guess everyone sympathises with parents who have little choice but to cheat the system to get a good education for their kids, but here in the UK that sympathy reduces hugely the more middle-class and aspirational the parents. The article was first published in the Facts for Working People blog.
